Integrity
Integrity matters – and it’s hard work, too.
For us, integrity and leadership are inextricably linked. Integrity is born of awareness and understanding. It is – in lofty terms – a way of relating to the world around us, and therefore something very personal.
As the writer Husch Josten put it in an interview, we’d all like to have integrity – if only opportunism, pragmatism and capitalism didn’t get in the way. Experience also shows that integrity is something you cultivate – again and again and always.
At ifp, we do this by keeping all our senses sharp, always taking a closer look and asking questions. By anticipating needs, reading the room, and deriving ideas, options and possibilities from a tangled knot of impressions and feelings. Based on core values such as respect, fairness and reliability, we pursue a goal that is as clear as it can be complex: the best possible solution for your vacancy and the further development of existing potential.
