Culture

Old masters and young savages. Classical, modern or digital. Ideas and inspiration. Creativity and communication. Esprit and zeitgeist. Shaping of social discourse. Creation of meaning.

Germany’s unique cultural landscape is undergoing a process towards innovation and a future orientation. This is placing additional demands on the fields of cultural policy and cultural management which go beyond artistic responsibility. The most fascinating part for a leader in this field is to have the opportunity to strengthen what is fundamental to art and creativity, cultural heritage and diversity.

Our range of experience in this field is as broad and varied as the field itself: from municipal directors of cultural affairs all the way to festival directors and artistic directors of major European concert halls. Filling management positions in the cultural sector is one of ifp’s specialties – particularly as we’re culture enthusiasts ourselves, both in our personal lives and as patrons.

“Music, art and culture have always been very important to me. To be able to combine my personal and professional passions in this way is certainly a rare privilege. Whenever we’ve been able to put the right person in the right place, I truly feel that I’ve fulfilled some sort of vocation.”
