Preliminary interviews. We conduct biographical, semi-structured interviews and guide candidates through the decision-making process. We then produce meaningful interview reports and make clear recommendations.

Selection and decision-making. We prepare, organise and, if needed, moderate the selection interviews in the supervisory board, board of directors and other committees. Then the time comes to make a decision: is the chemistry right?
