Beyond standards and boxes.

Our team

An experienced team of consultants, most of them psychologists, will be at your side with expertise in both comprehensive methodologies and management diagnostics, as well as management and organisational development. You can expect consultants who enjoy taking responsibility – each and every day. Who are at home in the world of management, who are passionate about people and who have turned their passion into a career. A team that approaches tasks with integrity and the utmost care. Because they know that the right personality in the right place can make a major contribution to a company’s success.

“The rising costs of poor decision-making, the pressure to innovate, highly dynamic markets and complex leadership roles – these are placing ever greater demands on HR decisions. At the same time, there’s a growing expectation that these decisions should be fair and evidence-based. Modern management diagnostics embed scientific evidence in HR decisions, thereby turning recruitment into a strategically effective lever.”

— apl. Prof. Dr. Philipp Schäpers

“In our team, we support each other and complement each other perfectly. That’s special. We’re diagnostically strong, passionate about what we do and eager to experiment. You can only experiment successfully, however, if you build on experience, expertise and specialist knowledge. And that’s exactly what we do! That’s how impressive solutions come about, and it’s so inspiring – not just for us, but for our clients, too.”
