Dr. Saskia-Maria Weh

Partner Degree in Psychology
Dr. Saskia-Maria Weh has many years of experience in the consulting industry. Most recently, she headed the serviceline development at Kienbaum Consultants International. She has extensive expertise in management diagnostics and development and strategic personnel development. Hannah Irrmischer

Business Unit Lead Linguistics and Communication Sciences and Philosophy (M.A.)
Hannah Irrmischer has been working in the field of management diagnostics for over a decade. In addition to designing and conducting aptitude diagnostics at the top management level, she also regularly conducts training sessions, especially on management development. Sophia Arz

Consultant Degree in Psychology (M.Sc.)
Sophia Arz joined our team in 2022, bringing to the task her psychological and aptitude diagnostics skills along with a wealth of experience in recruitment, assessment and development from the HR departments of various IT companies. Katharina Jarosch

Senior Consultant Degree in Business Psychology, Systemic Coach
Katharina has been a permanent member of the team since 2019 and brings to the task professional expertise and multiple years of experience in supporting clients through the process of identifying and developing high potential employees, experienced managers and top executives. Her main focus is on clients in the banking and IT sectors, but she also works diagnostically for a number of other industries – both in Germany and internationally. Ivana Kelava

Janina Klein

Consultant Educational Sciences (M.A.), focus on Adult Education and Business Education
Janina Klein has been a member of the Management Diagnostics team since 2023. As a business educator, her focus is on the further education and personal development of people in their respective professional context, as a result of which organisational learning and change processes are also initiated. She previously worked for several years as a communication trainer in the automotive industry. In this context, she developed competence measurement procedures for employees and managers and implemented various aptitude diagnostic procedures in practice. Alina Mühlenhoff

Senior Consultant Degree in Business Psychology (M.A.)
Alina Mühlenhoff joined the Management Diagnostics team in 2019. In addition to her skills in aptitude diagnostics, she has a keen interest in digitalisation. Lisa Niedrig

Senior Consultant Economics, Psychology and Management (M.Sc.)
As a university student, Lisa Niedrig specialised in HR selection and development, both on a theoretical level and through various practical activities. She joined ifp after graduating, working first as a trainee in both business areas and then as a consultant in management diagnostics. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and sports. Julia Pfeil

Consultant Degree in Psychology (M.Sc.)
Julia Pfeil joined the Management Diagnostics team in 2022. Her previous experience as a team leader and the development and application of leadership-related measurement instruments enables her to provide theoretical and practical expertise. Monica Rosen

Executive Consultant Degree in Psychology
Monica Rosen is a graduated Psychologist and has joined the Management Diagnostics Team in January 2021. She has over 18 years professional experience in assessing and developing people, teams and organisations. Monica works nationally and internationally in the operative and conceptual areas of individual assessment, team workshops as well as strategical consulting with a focus on HR Processes and Change Management. Katharina Seraphim

Executive Consultant Degree in Business Education, Systemic Coach
Katharina Seraphim gained several years of experience in personnel diagnostics and personnel development. After completing her studies, she worked for several years as a project manager and trainer/consultant in the automotive industry and was most recently employed as a personnel developer in a retail group before joining ifp as a senior consultant in 2019. +49 (0) 221 / 20 50 6-49

Norbert Villalta

Executive Consultant Degree in Psychology, Systemic Coach Organisational and Occupational Psychology
Norbert Villalta has gained more than 20 years of experience in personnel selection, aptitude diagnostics and leadership development. He worked as a senior consultant and team lead in the ifp executive search division from 1999 to 2006. He was then employed by national and international consulting companies before returning to ifp in 2015. Gina Weßel

Consultant Degree in Work & Organisational Psychology (M.Sc.)
After completing her studies, Gina Weßel spent several years working in research before joining ifp as a consultant. She now makes use of her research mentality to understand and describe (leadership) personalities on a complex level. Valentin Kimmelmann

Project Partner Degree in Psychology (M. Sc.)
Valentin Kimmelmann studied psychology in Germany and France. He initially worked as a freelancer for several years before joining ifp’s Management Diagnostics as a permanent senior consultant in 2015. There, in addition to diagnostic tasks, he was also responsible for topics related to executive selection and development as well as for the conception of competency models and workshops. Since 2018, he has been active for us as a project partner.

Sonja Kokoschka

Project Partner Social Anthropology and Political Science (M.A.), Systemic Coach, Systemic Consultant
Sonja Kokoschka has extensive experience in strategic HR management, talent management as well as in all areas related to leadership development and diagnostics. In addition to her expertise as a top management consultant and coach, Ms. Kokoschka also has more than 12 years of experience as an executive and HR division manager in well-known companies in telecommunications and insurance. She has been active for us as a project partner since 2018.

Dr. Nina Plum

Project Partner Degree in Psychology
Dr. Nina Plum holds a degree in psychology and a doctorate in business psychology. Before she decided to go freelance as a consultant, diagnostician and business coach in 2018, she worked on the one hand for various consulting companies nationally and internationally on the main topics of aptitude diagnostics, talent management and leadership development. On the other hand, she has held various HR expert positions as well as leadership positions in international industrial and service companies, where she was responsible for topics related to human resources and organizational development. Dr. Nina Plum is a trained coach and licensed contractor for job-related aptitude diagnostics according to DIN 33430. In addition, she has various agile method qualifications. She has been active for us as a project partner since 2019.
