Philipp Schäpers was most recently apl. professor of the Psychology of Entrepreneurship at the University of Münster. He specialises in evidence-based personnel selection and executive diagnostics, combining international research with the development of practical diagnostic methods. Hannah Irrmischer
Hannah Irrmischer has been working in the field of management diagnostics for over a decade. In addition to designing and conducting aptitude diagnostics at the top management level, she also regularly conducts training sessions, especially on management development. Jörg Will
Jörg Will joined our company in 1992 after graduating from the University of Passau. He acquired his father’s share in the company and became the Managing Director of ifp in 1996. His father is the company’s founder, Horst Will. For many years his main focus has been on the appointment of managerial and board member positions in medium-sized industrial companies.
